We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched. We are committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. We will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.

If you wish to get the product Return, exchange & cancellation please email – our customer support center before sending the goods back.

In case you may wish to return your item(s), please ensure that you follow the instructions given below, in order to ensure a hassle-free and speedy refund.

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Return & Refund Policy

1. We offer 10 Days Return Policy
2. If the goods have been sold under any offer or discount or clearance sale then it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Shipping charges have to be Bourne by the customers.
4. Amount would be refunded within 10 working days in the same account after receipt of the goods in good condition unless Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
5. Refund /Return for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Garima Dental Suppliers team.
6. If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’ by Garima Dental Suppliers, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
7. Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost. But it all depends on the availability of the item in the stock.

Exchange policy

1. We offer 10 Days Exchange Policy.
2. Once the goods have been opened it cannot be exchanged.
3. If by mistake you have ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on

Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the order is confirmed, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

You can only cancel your order if the products have not been shipped, if your cancellation is accepted then your entire amount would be refunded or you can get a credit note.
